You are able to cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us enough time to try to fill the slot. We have a 10 min grace period, in case you are running a little behind. Please just let us know. After the 10 minute window, you will be considered a NO-SHOW and will result in your appointment being cancelled. NO-SHOWS will be charged 50% of the service Less than 24hr Cancellations will be charged a 30% Cancellation fee We understand things happen, you can message us to see if there is anything we can do to reschedule. We just ask you to be mindful of our time <3
